ARE YOU MELANCHOLIC ?
Nah, nah.. don't rush- take your time and think about yourself. When I spontaneously ask this question, you may feel like: "Whaaat?? NO!! Are you crazy?" Well, this is the nature of human beings. Most of us are not ready to accept what we are. Before going deep, let me tell you one thing - 'It's okay not to be okay'.
Why this thread?
I've chosen this topic as I'm kinda feeling like that right now. It's agonizing to make a sudden adieu with a person whom we like right? :)
How it feels like?
Back to the point, IT FEELS STRANGE. Let me make it clear for you that melancholy is a kind of depression, where we are not much aware of its reason. For example, if we feel gloomy on thinking of a person,we'll continue thinking even we know that it's unpleasing. But still, the reason will be under the veil- couldn't be able to figure it out. After hours and days of thinking, we may cry or feel Orthorexic.
See, this is just an example. It could be felt for any other circumstances too. Note that, the feelings could be different for each person - according to their mental state.
Am I Melancholic?
After going through these "feelings", you may feel melancholic😁. But let me tell you one thing, it won't be caused just by reading some articles.. But you would be able to connect some events in the past where you've gone though it. In my opinion, each and every creatures in this world would feel melancholic atleast once in a lifetime- and that's how we're created. So be calm if you ever felt so. And don't think about it again, they're the closed chapters of your life!
What to do if I'm feeling it right away?
I'm pretty sure that at least one of you feels it right now. Now, let me tell you some remedies to get rid of it as quickly as possible. But before moving on, remember that you are the only one who knows your feelings on the podium!!
1. Take a long cold shower- trust me, you will get an instant relief.
2. Talk to yourself- your heart will tell you a solution.
3. Share it with someone whom you trust and always ready to hear you
4. If possible, interact with your reason- if it's a person, talk to him /her on how you feel about them . Sometimes, they'll be the only one who knows its solution.
IN THE END, I would love to tell to that you feel something just like this because, YOU VALUE THEM and you are ready to give YOUR time alotted for YOU to live, to them. And that's so kind of you!! "There is hope in people, not in society, not in systems, but in you and me" . So always live your life with LOVE, TRUST & HOPE. Being in such a condition is quiet normal and is essential for the better stability of our LIFE!! Don't be shy to open up to the world, be with it as it's a part of your soul.
I know there are so many motivational stuffs here, which may not be interesting to y'all.. But I'm pretty sure that it will come in need at some parts of your life!!!
The topic is far from my interest, but still i read it and feel like it would be a lot helpful for people feeling the same.
